    Disappointed. This is my third purchase. I always pick items in “excellent” condition. The iPhone arrived with a noticeable gouge in the bottom left corner. It was silver and the black paint was rubbed off. I was charged the “Excellent” price but I received a “Good” condition phone. The only options are to return the phone for repair or refund. There is no option to get a partial refund for the phone without returning it. My experience with the first two purchases, the items were pretty much flawless and the other iPhone I ordered came with the original box.

    This is my first Backmarket purchase. With all things considered this was a posstive expirence for me. In terms of apprence I went for the exellent quality and it was prestine. The only concern I had was the packaging it came in. It was flimlsy in my opion. It came in a box that had no insert. It was sandwitched btween kraft paper or paper like packing materail(I am not sure of the name). The device iterslf was in a thin bublewarp sleve. In terms in fucntion this ipad work as well as proably would new. Granted I dont do any photo edting or demanding creative tasks. I use it for notes and light tasks like that. I can tell that the battery is proably close to 80% becuse it last closer to 7-8 hours rather thean 9-10 it would if it was brand new. However, it has not effected preformance.

    The phone is terrific! The camera is superb with 100x zoom. I came back to Android from Apple and have to relearn the system. The only downsides are that the Android has too much "social media" software installed from the factory and some apps have redundant and complicated maneuvering within the app. You have to click several places just to discard an item. Some apps only allow discarding one item at a time with no "select all" feature. This is very cumbersome but overall, I am very satisfied. The phone arrived in pristine condition and was easy to set up. Thank you Back Market!
