    Generally, the phone is very nice overall. My biggest issue with it is that its carrier locked. I payed for an unlocked phone, and that's what I expect to receive. Examining the IMEI, the original owner bought it using an installment plan and cannot be unlocked even by the carrier. Back Market Customer Service was amazing throughout in helping with the process of further looking into the issue and starting the return process.

    Just Lasted me two and a half years, for being fair, it did its job, which was a lot for me tbh, a little screen bleed from the LCD, but that’s ok, never really bothered me, other then my tiktok search, that one always tricked me lol. Battery life wasn’t always to good, but for fair, it was fair, but the screen just recently got a big old green line on it right to the right of the screen right under the front cam. But it served me well, good product:)
