    The phone runs great but the imperfections are very noticeable, a very deep scratch on the screen is very noticeable even with screen protector and the phone came in really dirty, clogged speaker from the bottom and the top and screen seems to have been replaced before because there is a gap on one side of the screen edge and no gap on one side

    It arrived in great condition! I selected “fair”condition due to it being for my daughter who is still young who needs to be able to communicate when away from home. I haven’t seen any scratches or anything! It came partially charged and with an A type charging cord. So far we love the phone! Also loved the price compared to other places for an unlocked iPhone.     The S22 looked great. big problems charging. I've tried several chargers including one that charges through the back which is painfully slow. All cables pop out of the connection....never had this happen before. The battery drains faster than expected. 100% to 65-70% in about an hour of use. drained to 10% in under 3 hours of use. The buying and communications were a pleasant experience. I'm up in the air about what to do.

    The computer itself works fine but I was expecting better shipping materials for such an expensive in “Excellent” Condition Computer. My 2021 MacBook Pro was shipped in a square box inside of a clear plastic bag in with two pieces of packing paper on top and bottom to protect it. Other laptops I’ve bought from BackMarket were in laptop boxes with heavy bubble wrap. Inside the box the laptop was just flung inside loose with a random charger from a 2016 MacBook that didn’t even include a MagSafe 3 cable needed to charge it. The MacBook itself had a small dent on the deck and a small gouge on the back. Ive had pretty amazing experiences with BackMarket up until now….ultimately I’m pretty disappointed with the lack of care in the shipping of my expensive tech and the overlooking of the damage in the computer itself.
