Back Market is great, but this seller “Device Refresh” messed up. I bought an iPhone 13 locked to Verizon, but it won’t work on Verizon. I spent many hours transferring all my data, trying to activate the new phone with my SIM card & my Verizon app, waiting on hold for Verizon, finally took it into a Verizon store. Apparently it’s locked to another company. So now I’m waiting on my return label, still using my old broken phone, and have to buy another phone. Back Market’s 30 day exchange is great, but this has been a huge waste of time. Wish I knew how to give the seeker “Device Refurbish” ONE star

I love this company! Easy to deal with. GREAT customer service!!!!

The screen has a shadow over about 25% of it and the touch response is not great. I have to really thump the keys on right hand side to make it respond. This restorer seems to have missed the mark here.

I ordered a Verizon phone but it would not work with Verizon. Back Market Customer service said the person they bought it from must not have paid it off, but they could have checked that before selling it to me. I took the day off so I would be there to sign for the delivery and then had to go to the Verizon store. Then I had to mail the phone back to Back Market, and now I have to wait for a replacement. Not happy!

The phone was supposed to be Verizon, but when I switched the SIM card over from the old Verizon phone, it wasn't supported.
