I would like to replace this iPhone 13 with an unlocked version of an iPhone 13. Same specifications and color. I have not done anything with this current phone except fully charge it. I could only add 3 photos because your site would not allow me to add any more saying they were too large. Each photo is less than 10mb as requested. Also when I tried to submit the return your site kept telling me to check my internet connection. Your return web page are therefore rendered useless. I have purchased on back market before and am happy with the products received but contacting you when there is a problem is a very frustraing experience.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 13 128GB, in “very good “ condition. I received the phone in a week. There was a charging cord and the new phone in the package. The phone looked new. It was in excellent condition in appearance. I had no trouble working the new phone, but some frustration with the old one while transferring my information. The battery life was at 87%, but has not given me any trouble in my use or when charging. It last the whole day with normal use. I have been using the new phone for about a month now and so far I am pleased with my purchase. I will try to update my review, if allowed, in a couple months. Very glad I tried back market.
