Back Market is great, but this seller “Device Refresh” messed up. I bought an iPhone 13 locked to Verizon, but it won’t work on Verizon. I spent many hours transferring all my data, trying to activate the new phone with my SIM card & my Verizon app, waiting on hold for Verizon, finally took it into a Verizon store. Apparently it’s locked to another company. So now I’m waiting on my return label, still using my old broken phone, and have to buy another phone. Back Market’s 30 day exchange is great, but this has been a huge waste of time. Wish I knew how to give the seeker “Device Refurbish” ONE star

screen was more damaged then what it says it will be the edges on top and bottom were visibly scuffed. while I understand this is refurbished the sreen should be intact and a screen protector should be able to be applied without it lifting due to scuff marks. if we purchase again I would recommend not getting fair condition

The screen has a shadow over about 25% of it and the touch response is not great. I have to really thump the keys on right hand side to make it respond. This restorer seems to have missed the mark here.
