    Phone was great and in good shape! Fedex Shipping was complicated. You have to sign the package in order for it to be dropped off at your preferred location or else they’ll re-ship the next date or you have to pick up from FedEx. So, just make sure you’ll be at home on the day of shipping.

    The phone was not fully paid for by the person who sold it to me, so when I tried to set it up it flagged the fraud department who suspended my Verizon phone number. It took me several days to get the issue resolved. Now, I have to ship back the fraudulent phone to the seller and wait to hopefully get my refund. Very frustrating and not trustworthy inspiring as all.
