    Smooth and timely experience. My PS4 arrived a day earlier than promised. It was packaged VERY WELL. I was impressed. Inside, I was surprised to find the console in the original box. All of the appropriate cords were included. The unit was clean and blemish free. The only negative I encountered was that the controller was filthy. It was easy enough to clean, so it didn't bother me. Everything seems to be in working order, and I'm very happy with my experience. 10/10 would buy from Back Market again.

    It arrived earlier than I expected. I did have to hard restart the iPad when it first arrived because it did have a few glitches like the touch screen didn’t work. Also, I was having difficulty with the accessibility. But after a hard rest, it worked perfectly fine. I am content with my purchase. I would also note, the iPad does get warm pretty quickly so I’m glad I bought the insurance they offered.

    I rated my most recent purchase of the IPad Pro a bit less than usual because I was disappointed that I didn't receive a charging brick or cable which was unusual. Also I was surprised that the I iPad was only charged to 14%. Took a very long time to get to 100%. Otherwise, IPad and Magic Keyboard was in perfect condition.

    The iPhone I purchased looks AMAZING—no scratches, looks brand new! Of course the battery health isn't the best, but that was expected since it's refurbished. The packaging was okay, I think it could be better. I would have liked to see more branding on and inside the packaging to make it look more professional. It just felt like I had bought the phone from a random online seller and not through BackMarket, if that makes sense. Also, the iPhone came with a lightning to usb cable, which was odd because newer iPhones usually now comes with a usb-c to lightning cable, so I won't be using it as I have one of my own anyway. Overall, I would make a purchase through BackMarket again and I would definitely recommend it as these issues are very minor. One last thing, their customer support is great! I had paid for overnight shipping and somehow it got switched to two-day shipping and I received a refund of the shipping cost. I am satisfied!

    Purchased the iPhone SE 2020 when my husband decided to go swimming with his phone. Doh! LOL.
