I'm very happy with my iphone 13 purchase. The phone was in exceptional condition and I paid for good condition! I could not find anything wrong with the device. It charged to 100% and lasted for three days(after tweaking it to conserve power)! I will purchase from Back Market again!

Back Market experience was great but the product was not very good. It was supposed to be an excellent phone. The speakers were blown out and there was some cosmetic defects you would not expect on an excellent condition. Had to send it back and find another option because I only had an option for a refund.

Phone appears in great shape after a week. It came dead, but realizing it’s probably been sitting in a box a few weeks, so it made sense. Once I charged it up I could see the battery was in great health. Love the photo quality. It’s been a nice step up from my X.

I’m very happy with my purchase. My new iPhone 13 came with 100% battery health, feels like a new phone.

10/10 would buy from here again I picked good condition expecting to be some small scratches and stuff but I received it in excellent condition couldn’t be happier!
