    This is the 3rd phone I have purchased from Back Market. As before I am completely satisfied. I purchased this 16e that was listed in FAIR condition. There are absolutely zero flaws. Everything is perfect as if I had purchased it brand new. I tell everyone about my experience with Back Market and how I will never buy new again.     Genuinely, I have nothing bad to say. I was very unsure of this purchase to be honest. I have purchased refurbished products in the past and never had problems from Apple or Samsung, but I haven’t purchased from Back Market before. And honestly, I am impressed with the quality for the price. It was about $240 cheaper than a refurbished phone from Samsung of the exact model. I chose the “very good” condition and it has only two visible “scratches or dents” and they would not be seen with a case on and they were very minor. I feel happy with the purchase and confident that I will use Back Market again. Thank you Back Market for your service and if I do have any issues, I am happy I have a year warranty that came with my purchase!

    Everything is good with the iPad Pro 12.9. It’s exactly as advertised. A little weird it came just in a padded sleeve with a cheap charge cable, but can’t say it’s defective or anything. Just a little weird as I’m used to buying refurbished from Apple where it arrives as good as new in a box with all accessories. But I didn’t pay that much higher cost, so nothing bad to say about it.

    This MacBook is everything I wanted with out having to break the bank. An excellent economical choice. The unit is clean and very powerful. I run several audio platforms at once. Cubase is running far more reliably than it had on my lap top. Rendering in Spectralyers is much faster. Everything has been tremendously easy to install. I am happily satisfied with this purchase and with the experience with Back Market. They have what I need at great prices. Will do business again!

    I paid for an "Excellent" condition phone and can confirm - it's in excellent condition. No scratches, blemishes, dings, on the outside. Battery health at 100%. Basically brand new...for less than half the MSRP. The one negative thing is that it did not come with its own fast charger - just a cheap USBa/USBc cable. Still 5-Stars because BackMarket doesn't give chargers to anyone, even for specialized fast chargers like the one that comes with a new OnePlus 11.
