Can’t complain. No visible damage. Works as intended. Only time would tell of any defects I suppose. Great price though!

I received my Xbox series x packed very carefully and in good condition. The controller and console are in excellent condition. It plays great! I definitely will look to Back Market for future electronic needs!

it's great! a little smudgey but no actual scratches or anything. Completely clean and wiped fresh storage space, fresh install etc. Plays probably exactly how it should, no issues! console was black, there was a controller but it was white, no batteries, no rechargeable batteries. but I think that is expected and there was a USB C cable to connect it. plus I already have an existing Xbox One X or maybe newer latest controller, so I'm all good. Super super fast delivery! (Michigan to Chicago) so that was amazing came way before I expected. Packaging was very good, packed tightly and safely with bubble/foam I can't remember exactly but I remember being surprised at how well it was packed and safely shipped! BackMarket also is great! This is my second or third major purchase with you guys and it's always been a seamless really excellent experience!

Works perfectly, no visible damage. The remote works perfect as well. I have no complaints, and it got delivered in a timely manner with safe arrival. Excellent was cheaper than "Good" for some reason but worked out in my favor.

the xbox was great. in really good condition and functions as expected! the only thing is the controller i got was barely functional and the stick on the bottom would get stuck. I luckily already had a few controllers. so it is not a big deal. the console itself is really all I cared about.

Console arrived very well packaged, minimal scuffs and scratches.
