    I used back market to get my phone. So when my laptop for my art died I got an iPad. Let me tell you it was in perfect condition I can’t find one scratch! It was having trouble charging but that’s just the charger so I just bought a new one 10/10

    I received my first refurbished iPhone 12 mini around a month ago now. After receiving it had many issue with the batter and the camera. Thankfully, Back-market has good customer service and return policies. I returned my phone and got a full refund ordering a second iPhone 12 mini. This one I received after a long shipment period but it arrived in fully functional condition. I ordered the “good” quality however a received a phone with a major crack in the top corner of the screen and low battery health. It is fully functional however and I decided it wasn’t worth the work to try to get a third replacement. I am satisfied with my purchase however and will probably order from Back Market again for my next iPhone, Mac, iPad, and Apple Watch. I do recommend being careful with which seller you buy from on this marketplace, but I think they are do a pretty good job of keeping things in check. Overall I would recommend it to a friend, knowing the savings you can get, and the decent customer service you have access too if your device is not what you payed for. I give Back Market a solid 8 out of 10.

    I am a senior citizen on a limited income and trying to keep up with technology so your service has afforded me a way to do so with confidence the product will work. My only suggestion would be to offer a bundle package of Ipad, pencil, paper like screen protector and case. It gets confusing as to what works together.

    Shipping was timely product was what it was described as and it works. The only negative remark is there are some imperfections on the screen itself that myself and my daughter noticed immediately. It functions properly and my 10 year old son who received it as a gift hasn’t said a word. He is completely happy with it. I know it is refurbished and imperfections are to be expected. Overall happy with the purchase. Would purchase again.
