    I am having to return the phone I just received to get it fixed or replaced. When I would make a call I could not hear anything on my end. The person on the other end could hear me and everything else seemed to work fine. I'm frustrated because my old phone is not working very well and now I have to keep using it until this is resolved. I'm not sure I would ever buy another "refurbished" phone

    Phone is good and has been working very well. No issues yet. The phone did arrive with a lot more scuffs and scratches than I anticipated - will probably be hard to sell back even if I keep it in the same condition. I was also surprised that the phone arrived pretty dirty. There was a lot of junk and grime in the phone’s crevasses like the camera lens, charging port, etc. that being said the price is pretty decent compared to what I could have paid.
