    I love this laptop so much. I’ve never used the computer Lenovo before I’ve only used Dell and so far this seems like the most proficient laptop I’ve ever had. The processor is so quick and I’m easily able to use different apps and different software without it slowing down especially CapCut and Adobe.

    Shipping was very fast. The computer arrived in great physical shape. A couple of things about Back Market and this product which could be improved. Back Market's product descriptions are often somewhat flawed, which makes shopping a bit harder. For example, this computer has a back-lit keyboard, a numerical keypad, and a USB-C jack which is docking station- and power-compatible. The Back Market listing specifically stated that the keyboard was not back-lit, there was no numerical keypad, and it wasn't until the computer arrived that I was sure that the USB-C would work with my set up. I was also pleasantly surprised at the matte screen. If there's a computer that you are interested in but it doesn't appear to check all your boxes, look it up online, as the listing at Back Market may be incorrect. The computer itself is lovely, light, and great to use. It came showing 2 Windows op systems at the start up screen (easily resolved), and has blue screened a couple of times. I'm saving everything to the cloud. I hope that, by treating it well with regular full shutdowns, there are no more blue screens. But in case this has to go back, I'm keeping my files off the hard drive.

    I really like this machine. It is what is showed online. Like new, perfect condition, Windows 11 Lenovo PC. Only thing I wish Backmarket would do is make it easy to email them to get answers prior to shipping or ordering. I asked them to confirm that this is a Windows 11 operating system and I never heard from them. I order a PC from them previously and it said it had Windows 11 but when I got it it was not so I had to send it back. I also sent them a question recently and as yet had had no response about if I ever need to load Windows 11 again on this machine can they get me the product key and am still waiting for a response. Other than that I am very happy.

    I LOVE the Lenovo! I use it, almost daily, and have never had a problem with it. It is a wonderful upgrade from my previous laptop and I found it easy to transfer all files to my new laptop. I do hate Microsoft and pity all who use it but, unfortunately, I am a slave to its system. However, I feel that Lenovo tries its best to overcome the evils of the Redmond based Microsoft. I curse Bill Gates and his predatory(sexual??) ways.
