    The laptop is exactly as advertised. It works well, and looks and feels brand new. I have three small complaints, one of which is mostly my fault. 1. I apparently didn't do enough research on the laptop. the specs looked great (plenty of storage, ram, a good CPU, and a high clock speed) but the GPU is kind of lacking. 2. The laptop seems to have some security software and features intended for a corporate work laptop. I don't think these features are stock from HP, but i could be wrong. None of these have gotten in the way of anything thankfully. 3. The mic doesn't work! i'm fairly sure its a driver issue tho.

    I got the excellent model for $319. The delivery via UPS was slow, but the laptop is in great condition. I bought it as a gift for a relative, and I'm sure he would be happy. You can't tell that it's a refurbished model, the screen looks great, body is sturdy, and overall the laptop feels very slick. Thanks backmarket.

    Laptop came in great condition. Screen was IPS instead of TN so viewing angles are excellent. Keyboard is backlit as well, which was a nice surprise. Some of the RAM is soldered onto the motherboard, but there is 1 SODIMM slot for expansion. The i5 1235U model has the larger battery size, which is great for longer unplugged run times, but that uses up the space a SATA drive could use, so storage is limited to the single M.2 slot. USBC port does power delivery so it has multiple ways to charge. All in all, great laptop for my needs, even better price. Would definitely recommend this site and the seller for their speed, QC, and inventory.

    This is at least the second time but maybe the third I’ve purchased from Back Market. I ordered this Chromebook and it did not entirely fit the item description. I was specifically looking for 13” Chromebook that was not a touch screen and of traditional clamshell design. The Chromebook arrived and it was a touchscreen model and also the 2-in-1 design. Meaning the screen folds all the way around converting to a tablet. These are considered upgrades by most people however for my use I don’t need them. After using for a day or two I decided to keep the device, and I am happy with it. It checks all the boxes for my needs. Something lightweight and small for going everywhere with me, as I’m a grad student. Price was great. $150-160. One last bit it is the item listing indicated it had a micro SD slot. It does not have one. I blame some of this on Acer because they change specs/features constantly even though the items model numbers are the same. I’ll buy from Back Market again.
