    I got the excellent model for $319. The delivery via UPS was slow, but the laptop is in great condition. I bought it as a gift for a relative, and I'm sure he would be happy. You can't tell that it's a refurbished model, the screen looks great, body is sturdy, and overall the laptop feels very slick. Thanks backmarket.

    The Flex 5 arrived in even better condition than expected. I've been using it for several months now and it's a delight. (Maybe a quirk or two about the design, but that's hardly the seller's fault.) Arrived quickly and securely packaged with a nice clean Windows 11 install. Great job by BackMarket and the dealer.

    - seems smaller when closed than when it is actually open - battery life without any battery-life savers is around 5 hours - very nice display and quick responding - nice condition - didn't come with a pen (didn't think it would) - is sort of heavy - fan kicked on after a few minutes of logging into websites (wasn't very loud) - weird complaint but it doesn't have the backarrows (<- ->) and I really wish it did. - downloaded Roblox fine and the Sims is downloading as I write this
