    I ordered a HP ProDesk 600 G6 with a 10th generation core i5 in excellent condition, what I got was a dirty referb with black contact type of cover-up paper on the side panel that's completely ill fitting as if the internals are slightly twisted or bent. Buyer beware any PC referbishers, got burnt just like this from Amazon renewed a few years back!

    I received a refurbished Lenovo Thinkpad via UPS today. I was absolutely shocked to open the box and find the Thinkpad simply floating in the substantially larger-than-needed box, with no padding or cushioning or fill. I haven't powered on the Thinkpad yet, but I'm worried about the internal shock it must have undergone during transit. Wow! Please package your electronics better.

    The computer itself is great. It came really fast. My one issue is that it straight up just came with the wrong charger. The laptop only charges with a USBC, and the charger I got was circular? Like a charger you'd use for a dell or an old chromebook. I can buy a charger on my own for it sure, but it does kinda suck to spend this much money on. Product you can't really use for a few days. Again the laptop itself was amazing! It's just the charger adapter portion of the order that's unsatisfactory.

    This is the second laptop I had to order because the first one was lost in the mail and never received. The whole process took almost a month from the time I ordered the first laptop to the day I received this one, which was very disappointing. However, this computer was a win in the end. It has a better processor and better graphics than the one I originally wanted and it was cheaper! I bought it mainly for playing Minecraft, Sims4, and for running my online retail business. The games run smoothly and boot up in seconds. Web browsing is a breeze. This was a huge upgrade from the dinosaur Dell I had been using for the last 10 years. I have purchased from Back Market many times and will continue to do so.

    I have had my laptop a little over a month. It came in almost brand new condition and was wrapped carefully and neatly in the box in came in. I really enjoy my laptop. My only issue is that the screen will randomly go black and I am forced to restart my laptop. I think this might be a design flaw with Lenovo because when I looked it up a lot of people were referring to it as the "black screen of death". Outside of this I have no issues
