    The device came as expected, in perfect condition. Who would have thought that a refurbished laptop would look so brand new and work just like a new one. Everything from the specs, camera, microphone, fingerprint are all working fine. No scratches or signs of breaking due to falling.

    The Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon, it's a great laptop for the price, solid materials, compact and light design, keyboard is really good I enjoy it, quality of screen it's ok for a business laptop. The only thing I don't like is the speakers, the volume is very low, regardless that I'll recommend it.

    Thank you Back Market, for your service as the go between service for connecting buyers and refurbishers of various products. This was my first experience of both purchasing a refurbished iPhone, and trading in my previous iPhone, from other than Apple direct. I did my research first to be sure of how I could ensure the best outcome, and this is my advice to others: Purchase a refurbished iPhone described as no less than “Excellent” condition. It may cost you a little more than lesser condition described refurbished iPhones, but you likely will be more satisfied with the condition of the device you receive. I wanted to trade in my excellent condition iPhone XR and purchase an iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in color green. I was unable to acquire the iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in green as neither new nor refurbished direct from Apple. So I had to look elsewhere. That is where Back Market came in. I really like the fact that Back Market gives a 30 day return policy in case you are not happy with the item you receive, and an automatic 1 year warranty for issues beyond the first 30 days. I’m very happy with both the purchase and trade-in experiences. Just FYI: Each transaction, the purchase and the trade-in, was separate, and dealt with different refurbishers. It would be best to not start a trade-in transaction until after you receive your refurbished purchase and are happy with it.

    Omg. Laptop arrived very well packaged, fast delivery and it looked brand new, performance was flawless and easy to set up. I'm a huge skeptic and this is 2nd purchase this month from Backmarmet , Z Fold was earlier this month and it works great 👍. I won't be going back to big box stores nor online stores. Thats right - forget PC Richards etc. Backmarket has replaced them all and has my endorsement !!!!!

    This is apparently a brand new unit from Lenovo - I am just guessing that it's a corporate order that got canceled. It was an unused retail-box unit but tagged in their system as "sold without warranty." Obviously, that does not refer to whatever warranty they're providing via backmarket.
