    The phone is working fine, just like new--and the Samsung S21 is a good phone. The next time, though, I think I might go with a Good-rated phone rather than Fair-rated, as in this case. The phone has some markings around the edges, but that is a cosmetic issue, and has not affected the phone's performance. I continue to believe that BackMarket is an excellent online store for refurbished phones.

    The phone itself is beautiful in the orange color. it is the perfect size for me, considering one-handed use. It was a great upgrade coming from the curved screen on the S24 ultra. I love that I can use a tempered glass screen protector on this phone. I also the amount of storage that this phone has. Everything else was what you'd expect from a Samsung Galaxy higher-end offering. It is perfect for me.

    Prior to purchasing this phone, I had a phone from a knock-off brand. (I had specifically requested a Samsung, but the person buying a phone for me had other plans and wanted to save money.) Many of the apps I attempted to download wouldn't download, and if I managed to, they wouldn't update, claiming my phone model was incompatible. I had never purchased a phone from this retailer and I heard many stories about shady sellers. I was very fearful of what my experience purchasing a phone on BackMarket would be, but I decided that it was worth a try. After all, I needed an affordable phone that would function to the best of its abilities. This phone has been perfect ever since the day I purchased it. It came in very securely packaged and already charged. I set it up with ease. It's been an excellent experience purchasing a Samsung with this seller, and I am certainly open to shopping here more often for affordable and efficient devices! :)
