I have never bought anything refurbished. I took a flyer and picked up the s22 plus in excellent condition. this phone looks brand new not a scratch or scuff on it anywhere trust me we looked it over very well I plan on buy me the s22 ultra soon and giving this to my grandson I hope I get the phone from the same selller

I recently purchased a Galaxy S22 Plus from BackMarket, and overall, my experience has been okay, but not perfect. The phone functions well and meets my needs, but I was a bit disappointed with the condition it arrived in. While I expected some wear and tear since it’s a refurbished device, the scratches around the edges especially near the charging port were more noticeable than I anticipated. It doesn’t affect the phone’s performance, but it does take away from the aesthetics. That said, everything else seems to be working fine. The screen is in good shape, and the phone runs smoothly. If you’re considering purchasing from BackMarket, I’d recommend checking the condition grading carefully and setting realistic expectations for cosmetic wear.

The phone is awesome. Whatever wear and tear it had they covered it up well with the refurbishment. The phone works just as well as if it were brand new. I couldn't be. I have passed this site on to others!

My order arrived when I was just leaving the house taking a friend to buy a brand new phone and after seeing the refurbished S22+ I had bought from Back market he changed his plans and placed his order here. My excellent devices was so clean have never believed someone had used it even for a day. Thank you Back market!

Ordered a Samsung s22+ in fair condition. It arrived in a timely manner and I received exactly what I paid for. Heavy scuffing on the body, but the screen is immaculate. 5 out of 5, would order again.

Set up was easy using wired connection from previous Samsung phone (Z Flip 3) and Samsung "Smart Switch". I had intentionally ordered a phone whose processor and storage matched that of the Z Flip 3 to avoid potential complications. I had to reenter data for a few apps but overall set up was straightforward. The phone is sturdy and is in good-excellent condition. I plan to use it for awhile before reverting back to the Z Flip 3 which I took for battery and screen protector replacement. The battery performance of the new phone is not quite what I expected but it exceeds that of the Z Flip 3 whose charging characteristics had degraded notably over 3+ years.
