    I was so anxious buying refurbished. There's plenty of horror stories online about getting refurbished phones in awful condition and then having to deal with customer support from hell. But I needed a new phone and didn't want to contribute to the over-consumption we see every day from so many people. I saw the S24+ as my best option for price while still having many good years left of security updates from Samsung. When I first received it, I was worried, as I ordered it unlocked, but it came in a official Verizon refurbished box. But thankfully when I turned it on, it was unlocked as I purchased. The quality is amazing, there's genuinely no sign of it being used except for a couple extremely miniscule scratches on the screen. The actual phone itself is so good at multitasking, I can have so many apps running in the background without it getting slow or stuttering. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely look to buy from here again.

    Hi, this is my second time ordering off of this app. This is not my first time buying refurbished phones or devices I decided to get something new and I was hearing that the iPhone 14 Pro Max still works pretty good in 2025 it came around 6 PM. Got here in two days. I love it. It’s much bigger than my 13 the maximum capacity came at 84% so it’s pretty good. I bought this in a good condition from looking at it. It has no scratches at all.!! will be buying again

    My phone arrived when it was supposed to. It was packaged well, and despite it being labeled as “fair” I only could barely see a tiny little scratch on the side. Once I put a case on there – no more scratch! The phone powered on and worked just like it was new from Apple. I will definitely be buying from back market again and will be recommended them to anyone in the market for refurbished electronics.

They knew where I was. So, all's good.     I bought this in condition fair, all i had was 2 small scratches on the side that were noticeable but weren’t bothersome or drastic to me at all. I am so happy with this phone so far and the quality and durability so far has been great. I hope it will stayy this good within a few weeks from now. But so far this phone is totally worth it!
