    I was so hesitant to buy a refurbished phone off Back Market. After losing my phone that I bought from Apple (and am still paying off), I knew I didn't want to spend the $1,300 on a brand new one AGAIN. The iPhone 14 pro max I bought of this site is EXCELENT. I purchased the "good" option, expecting it to come with a few scratches from a previous owner.... It's literally a brand new phone. Not a scratch on it and works absolutely perfectly. Not sure how this site does with other products outside of iPhones... but I will 100% be coming back when the time comes to purchase another.

    Originally, I was very hesitant to buy a refurbished phone rather than buy an iPhone new. However, I am glad I took the risk because the phone I received was in perfect condition, as if I had bought the iPhone directly from apple. i ordered the ‘excellent’ grade phone and am absolutely ecstatic about its condition.     my daughter loves the phone but again she is 15 and needed a phone. she said that when she takes pictures that the pictures are blurry. I got the phone when I was supposed to. wish I could have gotten it in a different color, but black is all there was. I think it was kinda expensive for being a refurbish phone. but again delivery was on time.
