    I love my new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6! I recently switched from the iPhone 12 mini because I wanted a smaller phone that could easily fit in my pocket. Since I’m short 5'1, having a compact phone is really important to me, and the Flip is perfect because it folds down to half its size. The phone works amazingly well—like brand new. I haven’t experienced any technical issues or glitches at all, and everything runs smoothly. The features are great, and I’m honestly in love with how it performs. The battery life is also really good and actually lasts longer for me than my iPhone 12 mini did, which was a nice surprise. With my iPhone 12 mini, I had to charge it 2–3 times a day, but with the Samsung, I usually only need to charge it once depending on how much I use it—rarely more than twice. The only downside is a small scratch on the hinge and a few minor scratches on the body, but overall the quality is still awesome. I’m really happy with this phone and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something compact, stylish, and powerful.

    it’s gone great so far. I usually go with Amazon. but I will be back with you guys for other products. Your process was fast and easy, and the product lived up to expectations so far. Yes, there were a few small scratches on the phone, as explained for fair condition. The screen was “crystal clear”, so over all I would say excellent. I had to look for the "damage" very minimal.

    The device was in very good condition and no marks or obvious scratches were seen on the screen or the case. The problem being is it didn't have the native video calling feature and I couldn't video call without another app to make them. The problem with that is my kids and grandkids would all have to get that app so video calls could be made. My telephone carrier is Verizon and they couldn't help to fix the problem.
