I recently purchased a Galaxy S22 Plus from BackMarket, and overall, my experience has been okay, but not perfect. The phone functions well and meets my needs, but I was a bit disappointed with the condition it arrived in. While I expected some wear and tear since it’s a refurbished device, the scratches around the edges especially near the charging port were more noticeable than I anticipated. It doesn’t affect the phone’s performance, but it does take away from the aesthetics. That said, everything else seems to be working fine. The screen is in good shape, and the phone runs smoothly. If you’re considering purchasing from BackMarket, I’d recommend checking the condition grading carefully and setting realistic expectations for cosmetic wear.

The phone is awesome. Whatever wear and tear it had they covered it up well with the refurbishment. The phone works just as well as if it were brand new. I couldn't be. I have passed this site on to others!

My order arrived when I was just leaving the house taking a friend to buy a brand new phone and after seeing the refurbished S22+ I had bought from Back market he changed his plans and placed his order here. My excellent devices was so clean have never believed someone had used it even for a day. Thank you Back market!

I ordered my last phone off of here(a S21 ultra 5g) it worked amazing . but this phone it came and the fingerprint scanner didn't work ,I went through the trouble shooting steps and it still did not work. returning also found the refurbisher was apparently through amazon-

I got an awesome deal on a refurbished Galaxy S22+! Even though it was sold in “fair” condition, I received a great looking lightly used device that functions as if I bought it new. Highly recommend Back Market for older discontinued smartphones!

honestly, this phone is great! I've got pretty much Zero complaints. Barely any scratches or scuffs. Battery is pretty good. Battery life is good. Overall, please save yourself the money & also do good for the environment by buying refurbished. Totally a great call.
