    I got the phone in good condition and it works so well like I brought it from Samsung. one downside though was that when I downloaded tiktok one of the old users data was still in there and they were banned so I couldn't use tiktok for a while. but overall a great purchase.

    Device was great. No instructions were included and, as I am not tech-y, I did not know I had to buy a Sim card kit. So that added a few days to my being able to use the phone. It was more difficult than I expected to change over my service, etc so I will not be in a hurry to get a new device, but my experience with purchasing and receiving the product from back market was problem free!     there is a small dent on the rubber seal between the glass and and aluminium bezel. The upper bezel has some glue marks which I guess is from some industrial strength doible side tape like those used to secure alarm on phones in store. Some anodize color was worn out due to the adhesive. Other than that it is clean and function perfectly. The wear on other parts are minimal. I bought it as excellent condition but not as bad as one grade lower to good. Still a good buy with 3/4 the price to get a almost new phone.
