    This is a great backup phone. Despite the "fair" condition it only has a scratch on the screen which isn't noticeable while using it. The functionality it's perfect and what I expect from a Samsung S series.

    I was very impressed with Back Market overall. I am glad that I took the chance and ordered. I am impressed with the choices of merchandise they have available. I chose a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold, a phone I have been wanting for many years but could never afford. Back Market makes it affordable. I chose a premium selection as it was still well below what I would have had to pay new. I would not have even known that this phone was previously used. It was in excellent condition.     Awesome earbuds. I'm really glad I got these. The case is very scratched up on the exterior but charging, battery life, standby time, and wireless charging are all working great. Connectivity was a breeze and there's been no issues with one of the earbuds not charging or anything. The price was amazing for these $35 ish when they're regularly still going for over $100. One thing to note with refurbished earbuds...don't worry....they were pristine! Perfectly clean all around. The inside of the case and buds themselves looked brand new, the only indicator that they're refurbished are the scuffs on the outside of the case. At this price i might get a second pair just because!

    I'm definitely super happy with this phone. I was hesitant to mess with refurbished stuff, but all the policies reassured me. The only thing I'm not happy with is the way it was shipped, it was put into a box that was a bit too big for it and it was sliding around quite a bit. Could've gotten damaged in transit if the shipping had been a longer process. The screen also seems kinda delicate, in the two days I had it before I got a screen protector it managed to get some tiny little scratches without even being dropped. But overall I'm super happy. Referring Back Market to my family and my brother just bought phone from here too. Good service
