I was so excited to get the phone on time as expected. Unfortunately, the phone was Block Listed not unlocked as stated by the seller. My service provider said that means there was a loan that was not fully paid off, or it was stolen. Returning for refund. This has been very frustrating. At least the return process was easy.

Got my unlocked phone and cant use it were i want cause it is locked and your help portal does not give a place for locked phone. i guess my only recourse is to send it back and just forget doing what i wanted.

The phone I ordered was to be unlocked, but when I went to transfer my number Xfinity stated it was not eligible. Also, while trying to transfer the number, the phone was getting warm. The return process was difficult because of the limited options we have to choose from, and no way to provided multiple reasons. I didn't give the worst rating because I have had nothing but good experiences with BM, but I hope this is an exception, and not the norm.
