A few things.
I remember distinctly at checkout I was charged a fee, to apparently make sure the phone actually worked. I don't want to tell you how to do your job, but when you charge someone for a service aren't you supposed to actually do what you're charging that person for? Because you someone managed to send me a phone that won't charge even though you took my money to "check the phone" but still managed to send me a broken phone.
When I handed over my hard-earned money the rating on the phone, was "excellent" and after I pay for it conveniently goes down and becomes "very good" despite paying for something that was supposed to be "excellent".
Also, Aren't phones supposed to come with a sim tool, It makes it difficult to actually use the phone if there isn't a way to put in a sim card.
I'm not sure what the problem is with this company and why I can't seem to get an order without a problem maybe it's just my luck, but I'm seriously considering not spending any of my money here and making sure to sure anyone I know or follows me stays far away from here.
