    A few things. I remember distinctly at checkout I was charged a fee, to apparently make sure the phone actually worked. I don't want to tell you how to do your job, but when you charge someone for a service aren't you supposed to actually do what you're charging that person for? Because you someone managed to send me a phone that won't charge even though you took my money to "check the phone" but still managed to send me a broken phone. When I handed over my hard-earned money the rating on the phone, was "excellent" and after I pay for it conveniently goes down and becomes "very good" despite paying for something that was supposed to be "excellent". Also, Aren't phones supposed to come with a sim tool, It makes it difficult to actually use the phone if there isn't a way to put in a sim card. I'm not sure what the problem is with this company and why I can't seem to get an order without a problem maybe it's just my luck, but I'm seriously considering not spending any of my money here and making sure to sure anyone I know or follows me stays far away from here.

    I’ve used this website to obtain multiple phones with amazing quality. The shipping was accurate, the phone quality was great and the process was quick and easy. However, this time it has been the worst experience I’ve had yet. The phone has not been delivered and its been almost a month. Im sure its probably not the sellers fault and its the shipping company’s fault but, i needed this phone urgently.

    The phone it self very good quality. No cracks or scratches. I did pay for excellent condition. Phone's operating system is great and the quality is amazing. The reason I do not give 5 star review is the battery. The battery needs to be replaced. It runs extremely hot and without constant charge it will go dead after 4 hours of use. I feel like if you pay 300.00$ for a basic Samsung Galaxy S21 in Excellent condition the battery should never be an issue. If the battery was like the rest of the phone I would give a 5 star review.
