    I'm EXTREMELY happy with my phone. I had some issues with my provider Xfinity switching service over and the setup took a good min( Samsung kept trying to for Bixby)but the phone works and I saved about $400. My only issue has been it rebooting but I THINK that's because of the case pressing buttons. Gonna troubleshoot later. Great phone-great service- great price. This is the 3rd or 4th phone I've purchased with BackMarket and I'll buy 3 more.

    The phone arrived in great condition. I performed the smart switch between my old and new phones. I had to perform several updates before the new cell functioned properly. The phone would not audibly ring when a call was coming thru. My carrier AT&T advised the new S series phones hadda glitch preventing incoming calls. They were able to rectify the issue and all is great now. Love the phone.
