I initially ordered a refurbished S21+ from Amazon that was allegedly in 'very good' condition. When I received the phone it would not turn on & had a large gouge on the screen so I returned it. I resumed my search & came across Back Market & was so glad I did! I found an S21+ in excellent condition for slightly less money. When it arrived I was very pleasantly surprised when it turned right on & the phone was in brand new condition! I downloaded the Smart Switch App, threw my SIM card in & was off to the races. The phone had also been updated recently which was very much appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing a device from Back Market!

My Samsung Galaxy s21+ arrived quickly and well packaged. It is fully functional and in perfect condition. I saved money and got exactly what I wanted. I've already recommended this site to friends.

I would love if you had send the phone slip or the name of the phone to show which phone it really is as when I turn on the phone it does not say samsung galaxy s21+5g also eject pin is wrong I had 1 scratch and for excellent quality I should not have any visible scratch. and for this reason I am giving 4 stars

Very satisficed with my Samsung Galaxy S21+ purchase. It arrived in excellent condition. The transfer from my old S10 phone was relatively easy using the old sim card and transferring the data wirelessly. Also purchased a S23+ phone for the wife - she is also very happy with her "new" phone.

I bought this in fair condition and it’s just as described, scratches on the front and deeper scratches at the back near the camera but it works perfectly fine, no other issues, no cracks etc. Good for price!

The Galaxy S21 I received was really a Galaxy S20. Should I tell my network provider it's a Galaxy S21, or truthfully a Galaxy S20? Did I pay S21 money for a S20, an older phone? I will rather my experience after your response.
