This phone was finally delivered in Kampala, Uganda in East Africa after many days of travel. The juiciest part is that the phones looks premium even when I ordered for a “good” condition, it’s just a good one. God bless.

Great phone, the condition was listed as fair but it's perfect no scratches no way to tell it's refurbished, the phone works great 1week later, no issues at all, this is my 2nd phone from back market and both phones were great.

Had an expert who is a friend thoroughly examine it and it is basically a new phone. All original parts with exception of the back cover to protect battery. He said it was the most gorgeous phone he has held and examined all 2024 probably. 10 gold stars out of 10.

I'm still setting my S21+ up/getting it set with my new network provider, but so far - SO GOOD! I love how the phone & new charging cable came safely wrapped for shipment! The phone is working fine, just like new--and the Samsung S21 is a good phone. The next time, though, I think I might go with a Good-rated phone rather than Fair-rated, as in this case. The phone has some markings around the edges, but that is a cosmetic issue, and has not affected the phone's performance. I continue to believe that BackMarket is an excellent online store for refurbished phones.
