It is a really good phone. I went from a phone that I had had for 6 years from a mainstream supplier to a phone obtained from an app that my sister was into. The quality is like new, the price was very good. All around very happy with my purchase and I will be returning, if needed, in the future.

My new (to me) S21 Plus was delivered a day early (even with free shipping!) and is in perfect condition. Looks great, runs smoothly, and the usually arduous process of transferring apps and messages from my previous phone was quick and easy, even though I lost that phone. This is my 3rd time ordering from back market, never had an issue. I don't understand people who want to pay full price for a phone! There is no way to tell that this phone was previously owned, at least to my non-tech eyes.

I bought this in fair condition and it’s just as described, scratches on the front and deeper scratches at the back near the camera but it works perfectly fine, no other issues, no cracks etc. Good for price!

The Galaxy S21 I received was really a Galaxy S20. Should I tell my network provider it's a Galaxy S21, or truthfully a Galaxy S20? Did I pay S21 money for a S20, an older phone? I will rather my experience after your response.

Great phone! I’m never disappointed when I order from BackMarket. This phone is “Good” condition and it’s practically brand new. I’ve been playing with it ever since it was delivered and I’m so happy I can gift my Aunt with this nice phone as a surprise. :)
