    I ordered my phone in "Excellent" condition and it arrived and behaves as advertised. It could definitely pass as a brand new phone, as its screen and body look impeccable, it operates without issues and the battery is excellent.     I bought this phone for my elderly mother. I purchased an unlocked phone so she wouldn't have any issues. Unfortunately this phone isn't compatible with her carrier (Spectrum). I'm certain Backmarket will take care of the issue (this isn't my first purchase), but I might not still be at my mom's house when the new phone arrives, so I won't be able to set it up for her. Considering the specifics of this situation, I'm pretty disappointed.
