    The back market service was great. Got what I ordered with updates and no issues. Unfortunately this phone is functionally quirky. Not the fault of back market, but the phone itself. Texting can be a pain as the swipe to text feature rarely gets words correct, and the autocorrect and word suggestion features are poor. Typing is difficult, and some of the navigations on the phone are irritating. Came to this from a Google pixel, and comparatively this phone is much more frustrating to use day in and day out.

    Phone is in truly excellent condition. Looks like brand new and shipping was quick too. I do wish there was a little bit of documentation on the phone itself but I can find most of what I need online. Only serious issue is that I'm having a lousy time getting it to work correctly with my Boost Mobile. Can't get 5G to work at all after two SIM cards and endless chat with the mediocre support. If I can't get that resolved I might have to reluctantly return the phone but I hope it won't come to that.
