Received a "very good" condition S21 FE within a few days of ordering, however it had obvious issues that should have been caught by a refurbisher. The plastic back panel was peeling off towards the bottom of the device. Also the phone wouldn't charge via the port, and won't recognize a verizon sim card. These all seem to be related issues.. seems sketchy.
Unfortunately I didn't begin using the device as my daily until after the 30 day mark, so I didn't catch some of the problems.. There's no easy way to request a refund after that.
TBD on how the refurbisher handles this fix. They received almost a week ago - no updates yet.
