    I love this phone!! My huge problem is with US Mobile. I just spent a harrowing hour on my other phone with them, and they were unable to activate my new phone. They tried without success to direct me to the site that showed the $30 plan I have purchased on the backmarket site. I'm on my laptop, totally unable to activate my phone because the US Mobile site only shows all the other plans they have, and gives no access to use the plan I purchased thru your site. What a nightmare!!! CAN YOU PLEASE HELP????
