    The phone was in like new condition and though it was unlocked for all carriers, unfortunately not for Spectrum. Since I couldn't activate it, I traded it in for a new later released and not so capable Samsung phone, taking a $10.00 loss + the tax I paid on the S-20 FE. As for performance, I assume it would be fine if I had actually activated it.

    My phone was supposed to be unlocked but when I attempted to transfer my number to my new device the phone carrier wouldn’t allow it because the phone I purchased still had a remaining balance from the previous owner. This seems like one of the most basic things that should be addressed before reselling a device. Back Market facilitated a return but when I went to purchase the same phone again the price had increased. I requested at 10% discount code and expedited free shipping. Both were denied. I’ve now spent hours going through the process of setting up a new phone, requesting a return, repackaging and documenting the phone for the return, and I still don’t have a new phone.

    This was my first ever both refurbished AND unlocked phone, I've always bought 2nd cheapest Samsungs and I was tired of them running out of internal space after two years and so I wanted to go bigger than ever before. I use this with StraightTalk and it was super easy to get it set up, all I had to do was buy a StraightTalk simcard, pop it in, and register it. One more step than all my previous ST phones.     The phone we got had a screen issue. Barely not working. The screen was infact not genuine when you go to settings of the iphone. Yet I ordered mine as excellent condition. I am so disappointed with backmarket. Never ordering anything from here ever. Considering I shipped it from US to Kenya. The price of the returning it back is even 3/4 the price of the phone. Now I just have to replace the screen locally.
