    Waiting for response with my issues. Purchased phone in the excellent condition but I feel like the grade I received was only good or perhaps even fair. Also the battery was at 72% when I received the phone. I purchased a new sim card, phone case and screen protector for my new phone. Upon arrival of the phone I carefully inspected the package. It came in a FedEx plastic bag but inside the phone was in bubble wrap inside a nice little generic black box. The s pen is included and works properly along with a generic black charging cable. I opened the package and looked over the phone I immediately documented and reported my issues upon opening the package. I found that the screen has 2 scratches that are easily visible at arms length. Then there are a lot of tiny scratches that are not as readily visible but are there nonetheless. On the website where it defines the conditions which are available for purchase it states under all conditions that an item with a screen will have no scratches. At this point my expectations as set by the representations set forth in the terms of sale as posted on the Back Market website have not been met. I entered into this purchase with Back Market and in good faith have met my responsibilities as a purchaser and expect Back Market to do the same. This is my second purchase within 5 months from Back Market. Hopefully I can edit this review to show that the seller resolves this issue to meet my expectations in a timely manner.
