I was a bit nervous, but ended up pleasantly surprised. The phone came in almost perfect condition, there were two deep obvious scratches on the screen, but isn't noticeable when using the phone and doesn't mess with the functionality. I'm very happy.. I've been wanting this phone since 21 so the fact I was able to get it this affordable when its still sold at high price tags is a blessing. I'm curious to order more with backmarket!

My phone came with a little screen burned.But besides that it's still pretty good.I just didn't know if I could do anything about the screen billing or get the screen burn or get the screen replaced by you guys

The phone delivered perfectly and the quality was basically perfect there was a few tiny ultra fine scuffs alone the edges. It's been a great phone with 90% battery life. Couldn't be happier. Note 20 ultra

My whole experience was great!!! the only problem was there was a crack in my back glass right by The power and volume button and I did not notice it because it was so small but other than that it's very minor... And I did purchase a warranty... so I would definitely recommend

Ever since I have been doing business with Backmarket since 2019, It has been nothing less than superb. All of my phones still work and look like new. No complaints whatsoever!! would not shop any where else!! Only buy for upgrades and I am not getting paid for this! It's an honest review... My latest Galaxy note 20 ultra 5g is nothing less than stellar!!! Have to pat you guys and girls on the back! Thanks for everything including saving me a lot of cash!!!
