    I never used your services before, just found you online while looking for a refurbished MacBook Pro. My existing MB Pro was from 2015 and while it was a very good machine, many of the current updates were not compatible.     I was quite skeptical at first, but the device was in near perfect condition. It can with an 89% capacity having run around 100 battery cycles. It had 2 very very minor scratches on the aluminum frame but both the front and back glasses looked flawless. Additionally the camera lens was free of scratches and cloudiness. There was however noticable wear around the charger port but that doesn't affect functionality and lines up with the good condition that I purchased. They did include a type c to c cable with no brick included. This cable made transferring my data easier than doing over Wi-Fi so I appreciated that. Shipping was fast and the packaging felt secure. They include a warranty card so don't throw that out. This was a great product at a low price.

    This was a replacement for the same model phone that we purchased from BackMarket about a month ago. That phone was also in "Premium" condition but had a battery failure within a few days. BackMarket quickly took the phone back and gave us a refund. However, my wife had already installed a screen protector purchased from Otterbox on that earlier phone, and BackMarket was not initially willing to reimburse us for that purchase. After some persistence on our part, they did reimburse us for the full cost of the screen protector. Thanks for making it right!

Since they only promise a 90%-100% battery range for premium. I know this device will last me for years to come. I'll be sending in my old iPhone for the trade-in value.     I ordered the cheaper non-5G version and was surprised when I received 5G option. During startup, I did have some firmware issues as the device couldn't jump to the newest firmware update and got "stuck" in a position where the apps and device weren't vibing. I had to do some 3rd party stuff and force load the latest firmware and after that, it was all good to go. So I had software issues but also received a better model than I ordered. I consider this to be a great deal. Plus it came with a sick otter-box case and stylus. Can't say enough about this company and their products.

    It was in better condition than I imagined. Any scratches are unnoticeable to the naked eye. Obviously a phenomenal upgrade from my older iPhone. The battery life says 87%, but holds a long interactive charge. The iPhone transitioned from one to the other seamlessly. Completely unlocked and ready to use. I’ve had it for one month now. It’s a great phone!
