    It’s exactly the condition I’d expect for premium. Faintest scratch on the screen, but irrelevant. Prior purchase went bad and after back and forth, I had to buy another. This one is excellent. Maximum capacity for battery is 100% and cycle count is 21. Last phone was 81% and 468 cycle count. Serious quality difference between this seller and the last. Thank you!

    The device is near perfect with a single light scratch on the side. Perfect battery life only 1 cycle. My only issue is I ordered the kit to turn my phone in, it didn’t arrive in time to ship my phone, and postage was underpaid so I paid $1.00 to receive a package I couldn’t use. Worse things have happened. Highly recommend.

    So shipping we have some issues there. It was shipped fed-ex. Never excited when I see that. Was to be delivered between 10am-210pm. Took off work and waited. 230pm still no package and had to leave for an appointment. Package shows up 15-20 min later. No we missed you note, not one notification of driver is delayed or any update on shipping. Called fed-ex to figure out where it is. After a bit on the phone and back and forth was told to take more time off of work for a redelivery next day…..long story short on that told to pick it us at the facility before 5pm. Drove 45 min to get told driver was not back yet so after 20 min there and more time off of work they contacted the drive and was able to do a later delivery. Drive home to ensure delivery. Wife was home so got delivered 5 min before I drove back from the 45 min journey and 4hrs late to work. Summary- please don’t use fed-ex with signature required. Now as for the phone. Way better than I was expecting. Battery at a 96% capacity and phone looked brand new. Will for sure order my new phone from you all as for this phone was a gift. For sure top quality on refurbished and was just as advertised with no gimmicks!!

    I was on the fence about this because I’ve never bought something from BackMarket before, let alone a MacBook Pro. I am very pleased to say that the laptop arrived in perfect condition. If the box said Apple on it I would think it’s brand new. The battery health is at 95% and there were no visible marks on the screen. I’ve had the laptop for about 3 weeks now and everything has been working perfectly. I bought the M1 Max 64GB with 2TB of ssd and I mainly work Davinci Resolve, Photoshop and Lightroom and so far it handles everything perfectly and I’ve never heard the fans even turn on. So all in all super happy with the purchase and the service!

    Honestly would give it a 4.5 but doesn’t let me, I ordered the premium version and received battery at 96%, was impressed by that, but when looking for tiny errores, I noticed a smudge on the bottom right corner of the titanium finish so it’s chipped about 1 mm, the other thing was screen, it had 2 lines on the screen which I noticed. I ordered another iPhone, same model rich I plan on gifting, hopefully i get something similar or better. Apart from that phone is excellent, works fine, it’s like a brand new phone with a case and screen protector so 4.5/5.

    The phone is in perfect condition as described. Our only issue was with shipping, but to be fair there was bad weather that delayed pretty much all shipments for a week and a half or so. My concern is that we got no update information, either from BackMarket or from FedEx. Fortunately the phone showed up before we left the country on a scheduled trip -- almost a week late. When I contacted BackMarket they informed me that they didn't have direct access to the shipping information because they are a marketplace, but they also couldn't forward me directly to the shipping vendor. Anyway, that's the only hole in another otherwise very solid experience.

    I bought S23 at fair condition. I would say I am impressed with quality of phone. I can say there were visible signs of wear and tear on display and borders but keeping a fact that it's used phone in mind I was fine. Phone battery health was better than 95% and phone i super fast due to snapdragon processor. it's a worth buy I would say.
