    The delivery was on time. The quality of the product is as advertised. Works well. However, I didn't know I couldn't download certain software programs onto a chromebook, which are only compatible on a Macbook or PC, so sometimes I have to resort to using my old Dell Latitude laptop, which is falling apart, to do some work (in that case, I would've purchased a refurbished Dell laptop). So far, that's the only inconvenience. That, and it's kind of hard to change your log-in password to a simpler one. But anyway, it works as advertised. So thanks for that.

    I was very pleased when my 2011 iMac arrived in great condition! fast delivery, I received it in 3 days. One problem no Mac OS system installed, I reached out to BackMarket and they immediately reached out to the seller, which offered to do an exchange. I decided to keep the IMAC since it was at a great price and came with Apple keyboard and mouse. I had the Mac OS installed, there was a issue with the server which was a simple fix. I'm very happy with my purchase!

    Very unhappy to receive a laptop that was built in 2015. I purchased a laptop with the description that it was released in 2020. When the service tag of the laptop is entered on the Dell support website it shows the true release date and the laptop I received was much older. The descriptions on BackMarket site are not accurate. Five years difference in age of the advertised laptop and the laptop you actually receive is a terrible problem - especially considering the average lifespan of a laptop is 3-5 years!
