It had been rated as "Good" condition but with one tiny scratch on the back that was covered up when I installed a protective case, I would have called it "Excellent" condition. Now we'll see how long it lasts; my last refurbished phone developed issues after 2 months, but there was no hassle at all returning it for a full refund.

The camera and microphone work perfectly, and signing to wifi and set up on this laptop was a breeze. I can't believe the price for the value. The condition also looks brand new, which can be a gamble with refurbished laptops, but this one was absolutely perfect.
