Arrived physically in immaculate condition, just as described, however after testing it out for a bit I discovered a problem on booting up where I was being asked for a password (firmware) that I did not have. Very concerned, I called Apple support, they informed me that they were unable to solve the problem over the phone and made an in store Appointment for me the next day. I showed up to that where I was informed by the staff that even though I had a receipt, they were only able to fix things like this in hardware basically only purchased directly from Apple themselves. Soon, I was sending numerous emails to BackMarket, this being my first time purchasing from the site and being unaware of how to proceed. Although it took a bit to really get through the specifics of what was going on with my computer exactly (it was just before Christmas after all), I was told to then send the laptop back to the seller, and from there he would determine the problem and find a solution. Although I was hoping someone could just send me a password through the email, I'm sure there was some specific reason they couldn't, after a bit of patience and informed communications, the MacBook Pro arrived ...

Computer has some scratches and dents, but that was to be expected. I haven’t had any real functional issues other than the battery being in pretty bad condition and not lasting more than an hour of light use. I work in music production and it’s been handling everything I’ve thrown at it pretty well in terms of processing power and speed.
