    The tablet arrived with some kind of software issue that caused certain programs (but not all programs) to run excruciatingly slowly (think, taking minutes to do something that my older desktop does in seconds). After a few days it stopped holding a charge, then stopped even charging. Sent it back for repair, and they were unable to fix it. Got a refund, but now I have a surface pen and case that I purchased separately and can't do anything with. A waste of time and effort, mostly. I am getting soured on refurbished tech, which makes me really sad because I hate buying new. I want this system to work but it isn't turning out well for me.
