    The computer arrived on time and in great condition. It has functioned as it should, started right up with no issues. The battery health was above 80%. My only complaint is that the charger arrived with damage to the cord; hopefully, it doesn't affect how it works. Overall I would recommend this product and use of Back Market as this is my second order, have an ipad for over 2 years.

    My first attempt at buying this laptop was actually through Amazon renewed (3rd party seller). Their "excellent" condition laptop had scratches on the screen and wear marks on the keyboard. Needles to say, it was returned. I figured I'd then give BackMarket a try, hoping for a better more truthful outcome. The BackMarket "excellent" condition laptop I received pretty much looks brand new. Perfect screen, body, keyboard, etc. Definite difference.     Everything has gone well so far. I want to point out that the cover sticker, which covers all the scratches on the surface of the laptop case, is a good move. I hope I can receive a nicer laptop without scratches, but as long as I don't see any, this one is good enough so far.
