    I love my Lenovo Thinkpad it’s actually my second one. Mine doesn’t flip like the photo & if it does I haven’t even tried. Literally my favorite laptop.. I love how it came with a heart engraved on the keypad it made me feel like the previous owner has sent it with love ❤️

    Although I was disappointed that the screen has some minor scratches, which are on the left side and does not appear to affect quality, I can live with it and the other cosmetic imperfections that are on the keyboard. The outer case does not exhibit imperfections. I was surprised that the web camera swivels. Nice feature. Nevertheless, I am pleased with this Lenovo Chromebook, which was delivered on time. So far, I have not found any issues. (I do like the warranty.) I recommended Back Market and look forward to another purchase.

    Was delivered early. product had more cosmetic damage than expected, such as a decent sized crack on the charging port. After some updating and recalibrating the screen, it seemed to work fine but taking some effort to touch the screen. However, the part of the volume button that increases the volume has appeared to stop working. the part of the button that decreases the volume is clicking and is responsive, but there's not even a click when trying to increase the volume on that side of the button. Overall disappointed, especially considering I bought a full size desktop computer from this same website in it arrived perfectly and has been working perfectly ever since.
