    This product was a great deal -- it looks brand new. I would never know it was refurbished. It works flawlessly. It came with everything you would need -- a charger, 2 different length wrist bands (although I do think that the general apple watch wrist bands are a bit small...but was not a problem for me, and the band fit me, just be aware that Apple really thinks people have tiny wrists). I was a little worried about buying refurbished from an online seller, but it could not have gone better. It came fast, it works like new, and it looks like new. I was worried it wouldn't come with a a charger, but it did. The one thing to note is that set up took a little while because the watch needed to be updated a couple of times (not the fault of the seller, just a little tip!). One thing that I did learn is to turn off the bluetooth on your phone when your watch is updating -- it takes so much less time, because apparently the watch is then updating solely through wifi and not trying to work off of your phone's network. Overall, 15/10 would recommend.

    item was listed as excellent, but it shouldn't have been sold at all!!!. chipped case, non responsive and blinking screen, can't allow software update or reset. it was just a waste of my time. only good thing about it was a very good battery. this is my first time buying from here and it will definitely be the last.
