After watching several TikTok videos about BackMarket, I decided to give it a try and order a Microsoft Surface Pro, shipping it all the way to Kenya. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first—I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of quality and service. When the package arrived, I was surprised by how well everything was packaged. The Surface Pro was in excellent condition, just as described on the website. It looked almost brand new, with barely any signs of previous use.

Probably my 5th or 6th device from Back Market. Had a problem with a tablet for a grand daughter, and it was changed out very quickly. All other purchases were perfect. No complaints with any purchases

It works great! It was not misrepresented at all on the app the shipping was fast and just as I was told it would be and when it would be. I am referring all of my friends to back market and I am shopping here first.

The actual performance of the computer was really good but unfortunately it was below fair condition. The screen had a clear line on it and everything below the line was glitching. I don’t think that it was entirely the refurbisher’s fault maybe it got damaged in transport.

Issue with touchscreen causing phantom touch in top right side. Otherwise great condition
