    Exterior of the phone looked great. The device I received had a port defect that would not allow it to connect to CarPlay or my Mac. Customer support was quick to respond and get me a return label for a full refund. Sad that I had this experience as a first time customer. Ended up just ordering an iPhone 17 from Apple directly.

    The phone itself is excellent however when I place my order it was out of stock so back market sent me a replacement which was fine but this time it did not include my apartment number so FedEx had no way of delivering it I contacted costumer support after days of having it delayed i made the decician to drive up to the facility and pick up there it was and inconvenience for me and if I didn't pick up 2 days later they would have sent my order back. I will continue to order from back market for the quality and price of phones I hope this doesn't happen in the future and I will make sure to address this time of concern next time

    I'm very happy with the phone but there are several small scratches on the screen. It doesn't interfere with the function and you can't see the scratches when using the phone but I would expect a phone labeled in excellent condition to not have any scratches at all.

    It came in the exact condition that I ordered. Very few scratches around the phone and none on the screen or the cameras. It did come with some type of glue around the edges of each camera and the phone frames (like it was dirty or something), but nothing serious and I got rid of it with a cotton swab and just a little alcohol. Regarding the software, it's perfect. It came with 100% battery life and absolutely no issues with the set-up. Overall, I'd say it was an excellent buy.

    I ordered a device in “Excellent” condition. There is a small visible scratch on the front display, which technically doesn’t fully match the “Excellent” description. However, it doesn’t bother me personally. Technically, the device is absolutely top-notch and works perfectly. I love the flip function and already had the Flip3 before, so I knew what to expect.     Phone arrived with 100 percent battery no charge cycles. Almost flawless. The only issues was the screen has some minor scratches over the front camera lens. Nothing too bad doesn’t affect the camera. However I probably will replace the screen in the near future. Definitely would recommend them on an excellent condition base.

    I love shopping BackMarket. I almost always buy my electronics here. The only issue with the phone is that the listing was for excellent yet the phone came with some significant scuffs on the corners. Not something I’m too picky about but I’m sure that others might have an issue with that given the description for Excellent essentially being near mint. Nothing wrong with performance and the battery is 90% health. It’s the first time I buy a phone under excellent condition and, honestly, I’ll probably just stick with fair or good condition in the future. This just so happened to be the cheapest option for this phone.
