    It's my second iPhone purchased on BackMarket. This iPhone 15 Pro Max came indeed in good conditions. Some signs of usage on the back, but no signs at all on the screen/sides. It works perfectly, 88% battery which is not bad but I was hoping for more. The phone lasts a whole day no problem, works great, snappy and fast. I'm overall happy and I'm already using it as my main phone. The 5x optical zoom lens is also quite impressive. BackMarket recommended. Don't hesitate buying from them.

    Everything looks great! There are some minor scratches/wear and tear on the edges/side of the phone, but none of the screen or back of phone. The phone is in great condition and the battery capacity is at 85% which is pretty great for a phone made in 2022/23! Everything works good on it and it was a fantastic upgrade from an iPhone XR. Great purchase!

    Everything went well with the purchase and operation of my new phone. The only thing that's a little disheartening is the amount of money you give for trade-ins. I just purchased this exact phone to replace my broken screen for over $200 and you wanted to offer me $17 for my trade-in. So it's more valuable to me to just hang on to an extra phone than to trade it in.

    the phone was in immaculate condition. I bought the good version. I thought the camera lense protector ride has scratches on it but my son pointed out it was just something stuck on it cleaned it off and you couldn't even tell it was used. the only issue I have is the battery life. it's not bad but I do have to charge it about the same if not more than o did with my old S10 I was replacing. The diagnostic says the batter is in good condition. Also it doesn't register if I'm looking at the phone and failed that test in the diagnostic testing but I'm satisfied especially for what I paid for and honestly don't know if I would have gotten anything better if I went all in and got the highest grade. I'll definitely go back to back market again.
